Thank you for your kind words Beverly. The garden is young, it’s only in his third year but it’s slowly taking shape. It’s my haven 💚🌸🌳

Cristina! It’s all lovely! The roses - oh my!! I’m trying roses this year.. actually planted a rose tree last February (we live in Arizona), and that’s doing well, but I planted two bare root roses this February and they’re poking along and haven’t bloomed at all. I’m trying to get knowledgeable! 😁

Thank you Carole. A rose tree is in my wish list, they’re gorgeous! Bare root roses may take some time to bloom. In their first year they put most of their energy into the roots, then from year two they get bigger and they really come into their own in their third year.

Also, some roses are early bloomers - there are a few in my garden that have only leaves so far. Gardening teaches patience!

Oh thanks so much Cristina!!! I cherish all advise! Watering is also a learning experience! How much and how often is a quandary especially here in Scottsdale when summers are to brutal on plants! But I’m learning as I go. Thanks again for your input!! 🩷
